My treatment concept combines osteopathy, therapeutic massage, neuroathletics, and craniosacral therapy into a holistic approach to bodywork. The goal is to specifically address discomfort, improve mobility, and sustainably stabilize the body – individually, effectively, and practically.

OSTEOPATHIE

Osteopathy is an independent and holistic form of medicine. It aims to identify functional disorders and treat them using its own techniques. The goal of osteopathy is to activate the body’s own self-healing abilities through gentle manipulations.

HEILMASSAGE

Therapeutic massage uses targeted manual techniques and medical knowledge to treat muscles, fascia, and tissues. It relieves pain, promotes blood circulation, and supports healing processes in cases of muscular ailments.

NEURO-ATHLETIK

Neuro-athletics combines neuroscientific findings with movement training and specifically targets the nervous system. The goal is to improve movement quality, coordination, and performance in cases of pain and limitations.

KRANIO-SAKRAL THERAPIE

Craniosacral therapy is based on an inherent rhythm between movement and rest. It has a balancing and integrative effect on this rhythm, bringing all areas of the human body and mind back into balance.

Payment can be made in cash, by debit card, or by bank transfer at the practice.
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

KOSTENÜBERNAHME

Reimbursement for therapeutic massage (Austria) and osteopathy (Germany) is possible depending on the health insurance provider. Private health insurance companies often cover these services. Billing in Germany is based on the fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH).

Statutory health insurance companies may subsidize therapeutic massage (Austria) and osteopathy (Germany). Please check with your health insurance company beforehand regarding the scope and requirements of reimbursement.

A private medical prescription may be required.
Qualifications: listed remedial massage therapist, Master’s degree in Osteopathy (2,844 hours), alternative practitioner, member of the Association of German Osteopaths (VOD).
